Delivery/shipping/installation policy

  • Free delivery and installation to all cities within our coverage area
  • In the event that the customer is outside the scope of coverage, We do not install, and the customer bears the cost of shipping according to the appropriate method for him. In the event that the shipment is not agreed upon, the amount paid will be returned to the customer through the method through which the payment was made
  • Usually, delivery and installation takes place within one to 14 working days, depending on the schedule available for installation. As for shipping orders, they are shipped within 3 days, with an agreement with the customer on the appropriate shipping method for his region
  • Customers will be contacted within 1 to 7 working days to schedule installation appointments
  • Due to the current circumstances due to the Corona virus, some orders may be delayed and some areas may have a total quarantine and we will not be able to serve them. All refunds will be made to affected customers within 7 working days of their request
  • Naqi will not deal or provide services or products to any of the OFAC sanctioned countries in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Executing the transaction more than once may lead to it appearing more than once in the cardholder’s bank statement.
