Return and Exchange Policy

  • The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before completing the delivery process
  • The customer has the right to have the product serviced by a pure team during the warranty period
  • The customer has the right to raise a request to replace or return the product in the event that there is a problem that cannot be maintained by the maintenance team.
  • In the event that the customer is entitled to a refund, the refund process will be on the customer’s bank account within 12 working days.
  • Naqi desalination devices guarantee two years against manufacturing defects and 5 years free service (visits and labor fees).
  • The periodic maintenance schedule must be adhered to by changing the filter kit every six months at (10.5 dinars), changing the fifth stage every year at (7.5 dinars), and changing the fourth stage every two years at (15.8 dinars).
  • Electrical parts must not be exposed to water.
  • The device must not be exposed to any changes, maintenance or transfer from another company.
  • The device should not be exposed to direct sunlight or weather conditions.
  • If any of the items listed are breached, the guarantee is void.
